I really wanted these to work out, but the soles wore down much faster than I expected. I’m not asking for anything fancy, just a pair that holds up for a reasonable amount of time. For the price, it feels only fair that they should last longer than they did.

I went on wagnersshoes.com hoping to browse a good mix of shoe brands, but the selection felt limited. There were a few decent options, but not many of the names I was actually looking for. If you already like the brands they carry, it might be fine, but for me it was a letdown. The site itself works okay, I just wish there was more variety. Also, when places respond with those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type apologies, it really doesn’t help much. I’d rather see them actually expand the options.

I don’t know why it took so long to arrive, but the shipping was way slower than I expected.

Replies took a little longer than I expected, and it wasn’t super clear what I needed to do next. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slower and more confusing than it should’ve been.

My shoes showed up in a totally smashed box with barely any packing inside. The actual shoe box was ripped on one side and looked like it had been thrown around the whole trip. For the price, I really expected them to pack it better. The shoes themselves were fine, but the whole thing just felt kind of careless. Definitely not impressed.

they did answer my questions, but it felt like they were guessing instead of knowing the shoes well. i ended up searching most of the details myself afterward.
it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but i expected a shoe store to be more helpful with sizing and product advice. i probably wouldn’t rely on them for recommendations again

I bought a pair of work boots after checking the sizing info and leather details on the site, the description was spot on. It made picking the right pair a lot easier, which I appreciated because ordering shoes online can be a bit of a guess, actually, in this case it wasn’t too bad at all.

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because I wish the photos showed a few more angles. But overall I’m happy with them; the boots feel solid, fit the way I expected, and seem like they’ll hold up well

First it was ‘a few days,’ then it was something else. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

At first I was like, okay, these are just decent shoes. The leather actually feels really good though, and they seem solid overall. Then I looked closer at the stitching and was like, wait, come on, this could definitely be cleaner. Still, not bad at all
